Daily Offers will offer attractive parts and prices, without losing the quality we have been known for for over 30 years now.How does it work?
Every day Daily Offers has an attractively priced component or package available with limited quantities. Unless stocks have sold out, the offer is available for 24 hours, from 0:00 until 23:59 (C.E.T.). If you missed out, you can add the item to your wishlist. This wishlist will appear in My Daily Offers. You will be notified as soon at the item is available again.I can only find one product on your website. Is that all?
Yes, Daily Offers only offers one attractively priced component or package daily. Every day we try to offer something completely different, from wheels & brakes to fuel pumps or even small consumable packages.How long are the Daily Offers available for?
Every offer is available for only 24 hours, or until the stocks have been exhausted. After these 24 hours the component or package is no longer available. Please remember that all products are limited to the amount of stocks available, so you will have to be fast since the best offers can be sold out before sunrise!How can I contact you if I have a question?

Creating an AccountWhy do I need a Daily Offers account?
You primarily require a Daily Offers account in order to purchase our Daily Offers. Of course you get much more from registering than just that. With a Daily Offers account you can quickly log in and be the first to order. You can also create a Wishlist of items that are no longer available. Finally, with a Daily Offers account you can subscribe to the daily email, to receive the daily offer in your mailbox, so you can be certain you will not miss out on a single offer!How do I create a Daily Offers account?
There are two ways of creating a Daily Offers account. You can go to the My Daily Offers section of the website and create an account. Simply choose a username and input your email address and a password. Alternatively you can create a new account whilst creating a Daily Offers order. Simply click 'Order Now' and then choose a username and input your name and delivery address. You will receive an order confirmation via email. With the combination of your username and password, you can gain access to track your order at the My Daily Offers section of the website.What happens to my personal data?
Your personal information will remain stricktly confidential and will only be used to process your order and keep you informed on progress of your order.Can I choose my own username and password?

I am new to Daily Offers
We welcome you to Daily Offers. To enable you to order the Daily Offer, you first have to submit an username and password. After creating an account you can complete your order.
After you have paid your order your will receive an order confirmation on the email address you provided. In the My Daily Offers section you an find your order details.
After you have completed the order details you will have to choose one of the available payment methods. As soon as you have chosen one you will be forwarded over to a secure page where you can submit your payment details. Before you submit any details, always check if you are still on a secure HTTPS website. If this is the case, please follow all instructions given during the payment process and do not close the window before the payment has been finalized. As soon as you have successfully finished your payment you will return to the Daily Offers website where you will see a confirmation in case our payment was successful. N.B. Never close the browser before you have returned to the Daily Offers website. Only when you have returned to the Daily Offers confirmation page we can finish your order.Is paying on Daily Offers safe and secure?
Daily Offers ensures quick, easy, and above all secure payment. For the credit card payments we use the Payment Service Provider Adyen and of course the entire payment process is governed within a secure 'https' environment. You can also pay by Check, please upload a copy of the Check along with the AWB#.Which payment methods can I choose?

You can choose any address for delivery except for a P.O. Box. To prevent delays in the delivery process, please double check you have entered the correct address.Can I change the delivery address?
As long as your has not been processed yet, you are able to change the delivery address. Please email our after sales department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No this is not possible. As we offer free worldwide shipping, all orders will be shipped via Fedex. Alternatively, you can have your freight agent contact us for pick-up at our facility.I have not received an order confirmation.
First check your My Daily Offers section to see if your order is published within My DAily Offers Orders. When you can see your order here it means that your order has been successfully submitted. Your confirmation mail could be in the spam box of your email account. If you have not received a confirmation and you cannot find your order in My My Daily Offers please contact our After Sales department via email@example.com. Not receiving a confirmation mail could indicate that your order has not been submitted successfully, despite a successful charge on your credit card.
Shipping & DeliveryWhen will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped as soon as we received a payment confirmation from your Credit Card company. If your order has not missed the daily Fedex pick-up, your order will ship the same day. Otherwise, the order will ship the next day. Common Fedex delivery is next day within Europe and two days for shipments outside Europe.How can I track my order?
We will keep you informed via email. Furthermore you can keep track of your order in My Daily Offers and, if applicable, keep track with the AWB# provided. For more information see below:
Order confirmation email
After you have successfully finalized your order you will receive an order confirmation via email and your order will appear in My Daily Offers. In case you have not received an order confirmation and your order does not appear in My Daily Offers, please contact our After Sales department as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping confirmation email
When you have ordered a component and your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Furthermore the status of you order in My Daily Offers will change and if applicable, an AWB# will appear.
My Daily Offers
In My Daily Offers you can find an overview of your orders and the current status. As soon as you have submitted an order it will appear in My Daily Offers and you will find your tracking number, if applicable, as soon as it has shipped.
Track & Trace
All orders will be shipped via Fedex. In the shipping confirmation and in My Daily Offers you can find the Fedex AWB#.
Yes, your order can be picked up by a freight agent. Please have your freight agent contact us for pick up. Any costs involved will be for your own account.What are the shipping costs?
We offer free worldwide shipping, but only for orders shipped via Fedex. If you prefer a different courier or freight agent, costs are for your own account.
